To keep everyone safe, we ask that anyone visiting our website should stick to the rules and we have created this legal statement to help you to do this.
The Website
The site has been designed using WordPress with the Vantage theme from SiteOrigin. The build and design was completed by Aidan Creaner with the direction of the School Principal, Ann Creaner.
Comments and suggestions on content should be directed to the principal through the Contact Form.
Child Protection
In line with our Child Protection Policy, the School operates the following policy on its website regarding the use of photographs, to ensure the privacy and safety of pupils at the school:
- Where pupils are named, only their first names are given;
- Where a pupil is named, no photograph of that pupil is displayed;
- Where a photograph is used which shows a pupil, no name is displayed.
By observing these points, the school ensures that visitors to the website cannot link images of pupils to names of pupils. The school follows a policy of seeking parents' permission before using images which show pupils on the website.
No other private information about pupils is ever published on the website such as contact details.
Media
All information, photographs, images, sound-files etc., contained therein, should not be copied or modified in any way or form without the written authorisation of the Principal.
While every effort has been made to ensure consent with content and images etc., we are happy to comply with any legitimate requests to remove content, media etc. as appropriate. If requests are received for any image or piece of work to be removed from the site, it is the policy of the Webmaster to do so at the earliest convenience. Contact should be made via the Contact Form. If no reply is received within 3 working days, please ring the school.
Legal
The website should only be used in accordance with the law. The school will reveal personal information if required by a valid legal process. The school reserves the right to reveal personal information if circumstances compel it do so for the protection of its reputation or legal rights, or for the protection of those entrusted to its care.
The school does not forward, sell, or make personal information known to any outside organisation, agency, or individual.

The Webmaster together with hosting partner, Register365, do their utmost to maintain a virus-free system; however, we strongly recommend, that users of our Website run an anti-virus program prior to downloading materials from our site. The school and its agents, cannot be held responsible for any virus which may attack, damage, or cause loss to a user while downloading from our website.
