End of year service and Graduation of 6th class
On Wednesday, 24th June, we held our 6th Class Graduation and End of Year Service. It was a beautiful sunny day as our school gave a fitting farewell to our departing 6th Class pupils.
A huge thank you to Reverend Garth Bunting for leading the service. All classes sang their hearts out, and we were treated to a special swansong performance from the 6th Class band, Take Your Pick.
After the service, there was a lovely spread for pupils in the Parish Room, including an amazing cake made by Jacob and his mam Samantha (designed by 6th class!). Thank you to PTA and Ms Gordon for decorating it. The pupils also had the opportunity to receive and enjoy their 6th Class Yearbook, very kindly organised by Caitlin's mum, Aleanbh.
It was a wonderful day and a memorable way to celebrate the achievements of our graduating class. I have to say that this group of pupils leaves behind an amazing legacy. They have been true role models for our younger pupils throughout their time in the school. They will be sorely missed, but we wish them every success and happiness as they begin the next stage of their journey in secondary school.
