Dia dhaoibh/Hello,
We have just come to the end of our jam packed Seachtain na Gaeilge/Irish Week and what a seachtain it was! We've had a poster competition, ceilí dancing, Irish singing, Irish conversation time with other classes and a whole school ceolchoirm/concert. Our incredible Gaeilge Committee members worked very hard to help prepare for our celebrations and were the MC's for our ceolchoirm.
As the seanfhocail/old saying says 'Mol an óige agus tiocfaidh sí' - 'Praise the youth and they will succeed' and our páistí/children have earned buckets of praise for their efforts this week.
A massive thank you to Ms. Mc Curtin who organised the week's activities.
